Setting out to trump the more than 450 entries of the 2025 Student Compendium, a fresh team of interns are working to produce the highly anticipated 6th edition of the all-inclusive student resource. The Compendium, a collaborative project of the Ag Institute of Australia SA Division (AIA-SA) and the Adelaide University Agricultural Students’ Association (AUASA), encompasses an extensive range of agricultural opportunities for all wishing to discover what the industry can offer.
SA Drought Hub Funded Lunch'N'Learn Mid North Field Trip Success

On the first of September, about 80 students undertaking the Livestock Production Science course at the University of Adelaide had the opportunity to go on a jam packed field trip to three sites, Donava Holsteins, Hart, and the Weckert’s mixed farming enterprise. For students undertaking Agricultural Science and Animal Science related degrees, this was a fantastic experience. Not only learning how these production systems operate but to see how people are adopting new practices, technology, and research to make their own business as well as their respective industries more resilient in the future.
